With more than 25 years of real estate experience, I have guided buyers, sellers, investors, and families through a wide variety of real estate markets and transactions throughout California.

 

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for both production and service, including Grand Masters Club and Masters Club recognition during my years serving clients in Contra Costa County and California’s Central Valley. While I am proud of those accomplishments, I believe the true value I bring to my clients comes from the depth and diversity of my real-world experience.

 

During the housing crisis in 2007 and continuing through the years that followed, I worked with investors purchasing distressed properties and foreclosure opportunities. My role was to evaluate property value, assessing market potential, and collaborating on decisions regarding repairs, improvements, and enhancements that would maximize resale value and return on investments.

 

This experience provided me with a unique understanding of what buyers value, which improvements generate the strongest return, and how to position a property to achieve the highest possible sales price. I was actively involved in preparing homes for market and, in many cases, personally staged properties to help showcase their best features and attract qualified buyers.

 

Today, I bring that same hands-on approach and attention to detail in every transaction. Whether assisting a traditional seller, helping a family navigate a probate or trust sale, or advising homeowners on how to prepare their property for the market, my focus is always on helping clients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcome.
